Let me tell you about Sofia

Sofia discovered that she was gluten intolerant, and that gluten was causing major dysfunction in her body. Armed with this information she set out to change her diet and avoid all gluten. As she was originally from Italy gluten was very much part of her diet. Numerous times she tried to STOP all gluten only to find herself giving up after a couple of days. Not only did her health continue to suffer but her mindset was also impacted. Her main thought was “I'M A FAILURE”, along with “I CAN'T DO THIS!”. She reached out to me, and we worked together on her MINDSET. I taught her a number of strategies that she was immediately able to use!

She is now gluten free and thriving.
